It is not possible to add a stopover to a one-way booking. If you wish to make one or more stopovers during your booking, we recommend an hourly booking. Please include the stopovers which you would like to make in the Note for our driver box.
The speed at which a ride is accepted is dependent on a variety of factors, such as city, date, time, special requests, etc. Generally we are able to provide a booking within a day or two. You will receive notification of your ride status no later than 48 hours ahead of your pickup time.
For airport and train-station pickups, your driver will wait for 90 minutes free of charge. We understand that there may be issues beyond your control which could lead to unexpected delays. By providing your flight, train, or cruise details upon booking, your driver is able to track your actual arrival time and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. If the delay is very long, the driver may not be able to wait. In this case we will always try to contact you to work out an alternative solution.
In the case that you have to change to another flight, you can just reorder for free within the certain period before the original transfer time, generally in 48 hours. However, if it is not within 48 hours, no refunds can be paid back if you change the flight by yourself. Another case is that the airline ask you to change the flight, our drivers will track your new flight status and wait for 90 minutes, in the subject to your final flight.
